Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) Student Representative Council (SRC) from the University of London (UOL) programme will be undertaking the annual inter-university sports tournament : Inter-Collegiate Sports (ICS) which is the largest annual sports event within the university. This project will take place on the 7th of January at the SIM Ulu-Pandan Campus where all school sports activities are conducted.

1. The rental period will be from 9 September 2011 or whatever start date that you start renting your locker till 31 August 2012

2. Existing tenants who wish to extend or terminate are also required to write into locker.uolsrc@gmail.com for their extension. Please do get back to us by 9th September 2011. Failure to do so would be deemed as consensus to NOT wishing to continue rental of lockers.  

3. Lockers that have not been claimed by 15 September 2011 will be given a compassionate final extension of 1 week. After- which these ‘unclaimed’ lockers will be forced opened in the presence of SIM Security personnel and contents will be disposed as deemed appropriate.

4. Interested parties looking for rental of lockers may start sending in their application forms from 9 September 2011 onwards. Due to limited number of lockers available it will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will base this on the date / time that you sent in your application to locker.uolsrc@gmail.com. Do include your contact number in the mail.

5. Rental charges will be a flat fee of S$10 for the above mentioned rental period regardless of the inception date due to any unforeseen circumstances intentional or accidental.

6. Locks will not be provided.

7. Specific locker choosing will not be allowed however considerations will be given for the preferred floor level of the locker situated.

Dear freshies,

Thank you for your overwhelming response and interest in signing up for SIM-UOL Freshmen Orientation Camp 2011. Firstly, as much as we want to increase the intake of applicants, we are unable to do so due to constraints on our side, as such, we seek your fullest understanding to this. Secondly,for those of you who did not receive any calls from the students' council, it effectively means that you have not been selected for the camp. Refund details can be found below. Lastly,we hope that you will still continue to enrich your student life through joining other events organized by us, or join us as a council member. With that, we would like to wish all of you a fulfilling academic year ahead! We will be starting the refund process for those who were not selected for FOC. Please take note of the following criteria when looking for your refund:

1. Those who were not selected will be refunded.
    
2. Those who were selected to attend the FOC but had pulled out of their own accord before any confirmation call was made will be refunded.

For those who had withdrawn after being confirmed for the camp (ie. withdrawing at the last minute after you had given a positive answer for attendance), apologies, you will be unable to get any refund. 

Here are the details of the refund process:
 Dates: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th September 2011
Time: 12.30PM to 4.00PM
Venue: SIM-UOL SRC Room (inside Student Lounge Level 4)

Please bring along your receipt and a form of identification for cross-reference. We will be carrying out the refund process until 29TH SEPTEMBER 2011.

Registration for Freshmen Orientation Day has closed on 20 July 2011 (Wed) by the school management, and we are unable to accommodate any further requests from participants to join FOD due to the overwhelming response and logistical constraints.

However, do note that you may wish to come down to school on either the 1st or 2nd of August for the CCA bazaar at the new annex building at SIM HQ, Lvl 1, outside student life and services.

Registration for Student Council's Freshmen Orientation Camp is open only on both days of FOD. Registration to join the UOL Student Representative Council is open from the 1st to 23rd of August 2011. Interviews will be from the 23rd to 26th of August 2011.

Priority for Freshmen Orientation Camp registration will be given to those attending FOD.

Date: 1st-4th March , 7th-11th March (On the weekdays for 2 weeks)
Time: 10.00am - 8.00p.m Daily
Location: In the Student Lounge on the 4th Floor (Outside GYM)
 
We will be providing,

• Hot beverages and some light snacks for your consumption (which will be refilled every 2 hours),
• Blank paper and post-its to aid you in your studies (limited amount per day, first-come-first-serve basis)
