FOC '10 Refunds
Hello All,
We will be starting the refund process for those who did not attend FOC. Please take note of the following criteria when looking for your refund:
- Those who were not selected will be refunded.
- Those who were selected to attend the FOC but had pulled out of their own accord before any confirmation call was made will be refunded.
- Those who had chosen not to attend the FOC during the confirmation call will also be refunded.
For those who had withdrawn after being confirmed for the camp (ie. withdrawing at the last minute after you had given a positve answer for attendance), apologies, you will be unable to get any refund.
Here are the details of the refund process:
Date: 31 August 2010
Time: 2.30PM to 6.30PM
Place: SIM-UOL SRC Council Room (inside Student Lounge)
Please bring along your receipt and a form of identification for cross-reference. We will be carrying out the refund process every TUESDAY until 30TH SEPTEMBER 2010.
