SIM-UOL Lockers

1. The rental period will be from 9 September 2011 or whatever start date that you start renting your locker till 31 August 2012

2. Existing tenants who wish to extend or terminate are also required to write into locker.uolsrc@gmail.com for their extension. Please do get back to us by 9th September 2011. Failure to do so would be deemed as consensus to NOT wishing to continue rental of lockers.  

3. Lockers that have not been claimed by 15 September 2011 will be given a compassionate final extension of 1 week. After- which these ‘unclaimed’ lockers will be forced opened in the presence of SIM Security personnel and contents will be disposed as deemed appropriate.

4. Interested parties looking for rental of lockers may start sending in their application forms from 9 September 2011 onwards. Due to limited number of lockers available it will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will base this on the date / time that you sent in your application to locker.uolsrc@gmail.com. Do include your contact number in the mail.

5. Rental charges will be a flat fee of S$10 for the above mentioned rental period regardless of the inception date due to any unforeseen circumstances intentional or accidental.

6. Locks will not be provided.

7. Specific locker choosing will not be allowed however considerations will be given for the preferred floor level of the locker situated.

A completed application form together with payment of S$10 submitted to Welfare Department will be required to make the immediate tenancy of locker effective.
